Industrial Bearings
Deep Groove Ball Bearings
With its wide dimensional scope, the deep groove ball bearing is the most commonly used rolling bearing and is capable of simultaneously receiving a radial load and bidirectional axial load to a certain extent.
Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Due to having contact angles, the angular contact ball bearing is suitable for applications demanding high accuracy and high rotational speed and is capable of withstanding combined radial and axial loads.
Special Enviromental Ball Bearings
Bearings for use in special environments such as clean, vacuum, high-temperature and corrosive environments, are required to have special properties, such as non-magnetic, insulating and high-speed.
For this reason, regular bearings made from bearing steel and lubricant such as oil and grease cannot be used.
Thrust Ball Bearings
The thrust ball bearing comes in single-direction and double-direction type, with the former able to withstand axial load in a single direction, and the latter able to withstand load from both directions.
Self-Aligned Ball Bearing
The center of curvature of the spherical outer ring raceway matches the bearing center, which maintains rotation even when the inner ring, balls and cage are tilted with respect to the outer ring to some extent.
Accordingly, they are suitable for applications which involve misalignment between the axis and housing centers, axis deflection, etc.
Using an adapter facilitates the mounting of a tapered bore bearing on the axis.
Spherical Roller Bearings
The spherical roller bearing has a high load rating and self-aligning ability, therefore it is suitable for applications at low/medium speed which involve heavy load and impact.
Tapered Roller Bearing
This bearing is designed so that the apex of the tapered face on the raceway face of the cone cup intersects with a single point on the bearing center line. Suitable for applications with heavy load and impact load.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Cylindrical roller bearings have line contact between the rollers and raceway, therefore radial load capability is high, making this bearing superior in regards to its ability to withstand heavy loads and impact loads. Moreover, mounting and removing is easy due to the inner ring and outer ring being separable.
Needle Roller Bearings
Needle roller bearings have a small cross-sectional height therefore contribute to keeping the overall machine lightweight and compact. As such, they are used across a broad scope, including cars, motorcycles, electric machinery, machine tools, aerospace devices, office equipment and other industrial machinery.
